Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Baby Bum Buffet! By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We keep things simple, clear, and fair — just like we’d want if we were in your shoes.
 

1. Build Your Own Box Orders

​

  • Each selected brand/type of diaper will include 3 diapers in your box.

  • To create your own box, you must select at least 3 different brands or types of diapers.
     

2. Shipping & Collection

​

Same-Day Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 09:00 (Mon–Fri) will be shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 09:00 will be shipped the next working day.

Centurion Orders

  • Orders can be collected from our Centurion depot on the same day.

  • Alternatively, we offer free Centurion deliveries every Thursday. Deliveries will be arranged via WhatsApp — please send us a message after placing your order.

  • WhatsApp support is available Monday–Thursday, 08:00–17:00 and 8:00-13:00 on a Friday.

Deliveries Outside Centurion

  • A delivery fee will be added at checkout.

  • Same-day dispatch applies for orders placed before 09:00.
     

3. Product Quality Promise

​

We take pride in the quality of every diaper we send. You can trust that:

  • No damaged diapers will be included in your box.

  • All diapers are in excellent condition — no open packs left standing for long periods.

  • All diapers are handled with excellent care and clean hands in clean conditions to ensure hygiene.

  • No diapers past their expiry date will ever be sent.

  • The diapers listed on our website are exactly the diapers you’ll find in your box.

Please note: Baby Bum Buffet does not manufacture diapers. All products are sourced from South Africa’s most trusted diaper brands.
 

4. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

​

  • Due to the nature of the product (hygiene items), we unfortunately cannot accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once a box has been shipped or opened, as we cannot ensure the quality of the diapers afterwards.

  • We do not take responsibility for packages damaged by courier companies. While we make use of trusted couriers, once the package leaves us, responsibility lies with the courier service.

If there is ever an issue with your order, please reach out to us — we’ll always do our best to assist where possible.
