How many diapers come in a "Build Your Own Box"?

Each brand/type you select adds 3 diapers to your box. To create your own box, you must pick at least 3 different brands or types.

When will my order be shipped?

• Before 09:00 (Mon–Fri): Same-day shipping.

• After 09:00: Shipped the next working day.

Do you deliver in Centurion?

Yes!

• Collect at our Centurion depot the same day, or

• Get free delivery every Thursday (arranged via WhatsApp).

Do you deliver outside Centurion?

Yes. A courier fee applies. Orders before 09:00 go out the same day.

Can I return or exchange diapers?

Unfortunately, no returns or exchanges are accepted. This is to protect hygiene and ensure the quality of our diapers.

What if my package is damaged during delivery?

We use trusted couriers, but once the box leaves us, we can’t take responsibility for courier damage. If this happens, please contact the courier directly.

How do you ensure diaper quality?

We promise:

• No damaged or expired diapers.

• No open packs left standing for long periods.

• All diapers handled with clean hands in clean conditions.

• You get exactly the diapers listed on our website.

We don’t manufacture diapers. We source from South Africa’s most trusted brands — so you always get the real deal.
